Playing is a great motivation for movement and exercise. Games let children express their imagination, confidence and social interaction, while they incorporate movement to develop basic physical skills such as muscle strength & endurance, motor skills, and body & spatial awareness.
We provide teachers, parents and carers game resources that inspire children to play & exercise more. The practical teaching materials can be used during PE lessons, breakfast & after school clubs, and even for birthday parties and holidays!
The games are suitable for children aged from 5-16 years old and can be modified and adjusted to any group. The activities focus on making children exercise more in a fun and creative way, in order to help them love health and fitness from young age to adulthood.
BSc in Nutrition, MSc in Sports Science, Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (QCF)-Exercise and Physical Activity for Children
I am an efficient, highly motivated and enthusiastic Nutritionist with a strong passion in children’s healthy eating and physical activity sessions.
A great part of my career to date includes educational workshops for children and their parents, focusing on healthy nutrition and active lifestyle promotion at the family level. The workshops involve the delivery of lesson plans on healthy eating and physical activity sessions (through crafting, cooking, playing, and dance).
My great enthusiasm about working with children and teaching has driven me into creating this tool with PE resources for teachers and parents.
Another passion of mine is dance, as it combines body movement and self-expression in a creative and active way.
My teaching philosophy is based on the encouragement of the children to achieve their potential by stimulating their enthusiasm for learning, but also appreciating and embracing their personal development and individuality.
